Turnaround Time
Once your order is placed, we will email a confirmation of your order. We will automatically email you a proof within 3-5 working days of receipt of your order. With the exception of our wedding invitations or elements that require embellishing (see below), once you provide approval of your proof, your order will ship within 7-10 working days.
Colors
We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products shown on our website. However, because the colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate. If you have specific colors in mind or would like to change the colors on any of our products, please email us at fate@createdbyfate.com.
Wedding Invitations
We know your wedding day is a very momentous occasion which is why we do our best to cater to the bride and groom and accommodate any custom requests. If you don’t see your perfect invitation in our collection, please let us know what we can do to create a custom invitation for your perfect day. Please contact us at fate@createdbyfate.com or (406) 459-9671 for assistance. If you choose one of our current designs, we will email you a proof and upon approval of that proof, your wedding invitation order will ship within 3-4 weeks. An extra 5 envelopes are shipped with each set of 50 invitations ordered.
Proofs
We provide an email proof to you at no additional charge. If you would like to receive an actual hard-copy proof, please let us know by contacting us at fate@createdbyfate.com or (406) 459-9671 and we will mail you a proof for an additional $25.
Security & Privacy
Our site is very secure and we don't share your information with anyone. We gladly accept VISA, Mastercard or Discover Card. If you feel more comfortable calling us with your credit card information, please do so at (406) 459-9671 and Kristin, our President/Account Supervisor will be happy to take your order over the phone.

All card and invitation designs are copyrighted and are the property of FATE, LLC. By visiting our site, you agree that you will not copy, print, download or otherwise reproduce any part of our cards by any means. You agree that neither FATE, LLC nor its owners shall be liable for any direct, consequential or incidental damages arising out of any aspect of your order, including but not limited to products, printing or delivery. We do not warrant against late deliveries due to shipping delays, manufacturer backorders, discontinuation or color variations. You agree to allow FATE, LLC to label or print the reverse side of the paper with our logo and website information (wedding pieces excluded).
